Health: Movie-Juno

 

Note To Parents

 

Dear Parent or Guardian,

As part of the Northport Public School health curriculum, we will be discussing adolescence, human development and pregnancy. As a part of this lesson, we will be showing the movie, Juno, which discusses a teenager’s options following an unexpected pregnancy. Juno is an acclaimed recent release, and is rated PG-13.

 

All students will be watching Juno and participating in the class discussion following the movie. If you have concerns regarding the movie, the lessons, or anything else relating to the Health curriculum, please don’t hesitate to contact Marshall Collins or Meredith Schmidt.
